Shift Supervisors & Youth Leaders

Shift Supervisors are responsible for overseeing all aspects of a shift. They must maintain a structured environment for each resident that promotes treatment plan goals, while ensuring the safety and security of the facility.

Youth Leaders are responsible for overseeing daily activities and programming of the residents. Youth Leaders play an instrumental role in promoting and implementing Oakview’s behavior modification program.
